Delivery Service Areas  

At present, our shipping capabilities are restricted to regions within India. Orders requested for addresses outside of India cannot be processed or fulfilled.  

Processing Timeline & Dispatch Procedures  

Orders placed with us are typically processed within 1–2 working days. National holidays and weekends are excluded from this window. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing the relevant shipping information.  

Estimated Delivery Window  

Your package should reach you within approximately 3 to 8 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. In rare cases, such as bad weather, limited courier access, or high-demand seasons, there may be minor delays.  

When Delivery Attempts Fail  

If a delivery cannot be completed due to issues such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or delivery refusal, our courier partners will usually attempt delivery up to three times.  

Should all attempts be unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our dispatch center. A new delivery can be initiated upon request, subject to an additional shipping charge.  

Damaged Shipments or Non-Receipt  

If the Item Is Damaged : Kindly reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear images of the damage to assist with a swift resolution.  

If You Haven’t Received Your Order : Our team will investigate with the courier partner. Based on the outcome, a replacement may be issued or a refund will be processed accordingly. 

Special Handling for Select Products  

Products requiring extra care, due to weight, fragility, or size, will be packaged accordingly and may include specific courier instructions. These details will be provided on the product page at the time of purchase.
